I wish they did have a pokemon like this,
although even if they do eventually have a pokemon that they can actually say is a robot, not magnets, not a golem, and not a computer, then it would be highly unlikely it would be SO CUTE!, So far I have not seen an anime where the robot is decent sized instead of some huge mech!
